An expansive and finely crafted collection by Allegra Hicks, Metamorphosis explores the transformative potential of materials. Central to the series is crochet, traditionally a feminine craft, reimagined in bronze. The metal alloy is cast to mimic knitted stitches, forming spherical lampshades, geometric tables and stools.
