Description

Italy, 1976

Brass and stone structure, Murano glass diffuser. Lacquered wooden elements.

Engraved signature.

Designed by Gabriella Crespi in 1976, this rare vintage table lamp takes its name from its distinctive lantern-like form. Brass, stone, Murano glass and lacquered wood come together in an evocative composition where material richness is balanced by formal clarity. Its silhouette and decorative language lend the piece a subtly oriental character, while the luminous diffuser highlights Crespi’s refined approach to light, proportion and material contrast.
