Brass, horn
Designed by Gabriella Crespi, this pair of rare vintage table lamps belongs to a phase of the designer’s practice in which she began experimenting with exotic materials such as horn, integrating them into her signature use of brass. The luminous element recalls the symbolic presence of the sun, a recurring motif in her work, where light becomes both material and meaning. The contrast between the warmth of brass and the organic texture of horn reflects Crespi’s exploration of balance between nature and artifice, tradition and transformation.
