A native of Venice, Massari is an Italian product designer who received her Master’s degree in product design from the Royal Co lege of Art in London, where she studied under the tutelage of Martino Gamper and Jurgen Bey. She is driven by her passion for colors and experimentation, often working alongside artisans to try and improve traditional craft techniques that are sometimes seen as antiquated and of dubious taste. She explores different material and aesthetic possibilities, designing furniture and everyday objects that osci late between two and three dimensions while expressing a desire to be surrounded by objects that seek to remove some of the seriousness often associated with industrial design.
