Max Sauze

Max Sauze, born in 1933 in Algiers, began his artistic career in 1960 after studying at the Algiers School of Fine Arts and the Camondo School in Paris. In 1963, he moved to Eguilles, near Aix-en-Provence.
Specializing in aluminum, Sauze created innovative lighting designs, gaining significant success with his lamps like Andromed, Cassiopé, and Orion. His designs were widely commercialized across Europe, the U.S., and Canada. He also created chrome wire furniture for brands like Group, Forum, and Isocèle.
