studioutte

Milan-based architects and designers Guglielmo Giagnotti and Patrizio Gola created studioutte to manifest a shared vision of warm minimalism and a vernacular approach. A graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bari in 2014, Giagnotti previously worked as an architect at the studio of Vincent Van Duysen. In Ghent, he partnered with Robbrecht en Daem and Dierendonckblancke studios for the finalization of various public competitions.
"Embracing retreat and silence remains the most effective way to confront present times. The balance of quiet, primitive forms is a meaningful antidote to impermanence."
After a move to Antwerp in 2015, Giagnotti specialized in luxury interiors as well as small- and medium-scale architecture projects thanks to a long working relationship with Van Duysen. Gola was a student of interior design at the Milan Polytechnic. At DWA studio in Milan, he focused on retail and set-up projects. In 2017, Gola joined Dimorestudio to co laborate on large-scale commissions ranging from hospitality and retail to residential.
