Thomas Ballouhey

Thomas Ballouhey’s practice is about materializing objects that spring from daydreamed worlds. Not a universe of colorful explosion and unseen shapes, but rather scenarios strangely similar to our environment, as if our habits and customs had gone through a deforming mirror. Everyday items and their method of production are reworked to function outside of the usual expectations, exploring materials and techniques.

"Daily objects and their means of production revisited from an Outsider point of view."
