    Maarten De Ceulaer

“My projects are used to tell stories, to stir people’s emotions, to tickle their imagination or to make them wonder.”

Maarten De Ceulaer’s work is characterized by a highly evocative and poetic sensibility. He continuously explores new materials and reinterprets industrial production techniques and crafts, and he has a strong predilection for colour combinations. The emotional aspect of objects is equally important as the functional.
