Armchair Unfold

Italian designer Andrea Mancuso established the Analogia Project in London in 2011 with Emilia Serra before relocating the practice to Milan in 2012. Mancuso has collaborated with top brands in luxury fashion and design, including Bulgari, Driade and Hermès. His projects have been exhibited at major international fairs and published internationally in Wallpaper, Wlle décor and Architectural digest.

The Unfold series pays homage to the bentwood technique to produce incredibly light yet durable furniture. The familiar yet contemporary shapes are realized by experienced craftspeople in Italy’s Brianza region. Each piece is carefully veneered, he cushions of the sofa and armchair are padded in memory-foam and upholstered in eco-Nabuk leather to match the wood frame.
