Produced by Arflex in 1953, the Elettra armchair is an excellent example of BBPR’s visionary approach to design. Founded in 1932, the group of four designers believed that true aesthetic advancement could only be achieved by merging functionality with form. The armchair’s simple yet captivating structure strikes a perfect balance between practical necessity and modern elegance, resulting in a design that is both a statement piece and a timeless work of sophistication.
