Designed by Etereo, Imago armchair embodies a refined contamination between artwork and functional object, redefining the aesthetics of contemporary living. At its core, the backrest unfolds as a sculptural frame in glazed ceramic by Venetian artist Pol Polloniato, where three narrative cycles—Muses, celestial realm, and vegetal world—intertwine into a vibrant, three-dimensional surface. The piece reveals itself as a bifacial composition, inviting observation from multiple perspectives. Sinuous burl wood grains meet the precision of bronze detailing, while the luminous blue glaze contrasts with the matte softness of velvet, generating shifting reflections and sensory depth.
