Designed by Carlo Lorenzetti, the Copper Shelf CS1 transforms flat copper plates into sculptural volumes, inspired by his background in pottery. Single drawn contours guide the cut, creating intersecting curves that merge geometry and organic movement. Each element is polished before welding so the final assembly bears vivid heat marks, a trace of the intense energy, rare skill, and material commitment needed to shape 65kg of copper into a dynamic and harmonious form that balances structure and fluidity.
