Manufactured by Märta Måås-Fjetterström and Woven by Anita Lindquist and Elna Andersson using a flat weave technique, this rare carpet was designed by Barbro Nilsson in Sweden in 1943. Known for her mastery and distinctive color patterns, Nilsson stands out as one of the most unique textile designers of the 20th century in Scandinavia.
