Ecoresin, brass
Designed by Robinson Ferreux Maeght, the experimental floor-ceiling lamp Yoko Poledance references postwar Italian design infused with the intimacy of Japanese whisky bars. Its sliding resin lampshade, mounted on a vertical brass rod, becomes a kinetic element that allows the light to shift in height and perception, subtly transforming the atmosphere of the space. The mass tinted resin, dense and textural, captures and filters the light into a warm amber glow that feels both intimate and meditative. As the shade moves along the structure, the lamp continuously redefines its spatial presence, turning illumination into a quiet choreography between material, movement, and atmosphere.
