Punteggiato Collection
Italy, 2026
Painted perforated sheet metal, upholstered in Rubelli Punteggiato fabric, designed by Gio Ponti in 1934
Designed by Andrea Mancuso, the Punteggiato stool explores the structural potential of perforated aluminum, where a single curved sheet becomes both surface and support. The perforations lighten the visual presence while enabling a precise construction system that ensures stability. Completed with cushions upholstered in Rubelli’s historic Punteggiato fabric, designed by Gio Ponti in the 1930s and first presented at the 1934 Venice Biennale, the seat establishes a dialogue between metal and textile, translating pattern into a shared visual rhythm.
