Inspired by the mechanics of a chicken waterer, Hidden Vase by Chris Kabel reimagines an everyday object by making it seemingly disappear. A water container, placed upside down on a plate, hydrate the flowers as they stand supported by a delicate frame. Merging material experimentation with poetic intuition, Kabel transforms function into an elegant illusion, where flowers appear to grow directly from the plate.
