Description

Italy, 1960s

Murano glass, black lacquered metal

Designed by Gino Sarfatti in Italy during the 1960s, this vintage ceiling lamp combines black lacquered metal and bullicante glass in a refined interplay of texture and form. The bubbled effect of the glass (bullicante) adds depth and diffusion to the light, while the minimal structure reflects Sarfatti’s functional yet poetic approach.
