Steel, brass, handblown pyrex
Commission by Design Miami Basel’s Designer of the Future Award, the Criss Cross collection showcases floating glass flowers forming a colorful grid. Inspired by the architecture of W Hotel Mexico, vivid petals of hand-blown Pyrex evoke the playful, vibrant spirit of Mexican culture, Art Deco, and Pop Art. For the project, Bethan collaborated with Italian Pyrex artisan Pietro Viero and Nouvel Studio.
