Crafted by Sonia Gorecka, the Slavic Phantasmagoria tapestry frames the home as a living entity that absorbs and remembers. Within its woven surface, a domestic myth rooted in Slavic folklore unfolds: the Domovoy and Kikimora embody a tension between care and unrest. The composition oscillates between deep red vitality and lilac dissolution, where threads migrate across shifting states, blurring boundaries between day and night, life and death, the living and the ancestral.
