Kiki took inspiration from survival methods, which give natural, yet surprising and beautiful improvised solutions for construction and function. Careful selected branches which had just the perfect size and shape for this object were refined and adjusted in our own wood workshop. They were constructed in a strong and aesthetic way before casting them in bronze. The natural primitive elements have stayed rough as they were and the human primitive elements have been polished in order to create a harmonious contrast within one object.
