Low table Scudo
Established in Beirut in 2011, the David/Nicolas studio is led by designers David Raffoul and Nicolas Moussallem, who today operate a second office in Milan. The design duo are known for their retro-futurist design aesthetic and \have collaborated with established international design brands, while also exhibiting their work at major fairs like Maison & Objet.
Composed of a sturdy base in wood whose shield-like shape inspires the piece’s name – scudo is Italian for “shield” – the side table offers a robust and functional solution. Made of panels in two contrasting wood essences, the piece has a support leg in iron and brass that reinforces the model’s durability.
