Angelo Lelii

(Ancona, 1915 - Monza, 1987)

Designer and entrepreneur, Angelo Lelii revolutionized the lighting industry with his company Arredoluce. Through the choice of high-quality materials and his inexhaustible executive creativity, he employed different materials - including aluminum, Plexiglas, brass and glass, for creating bright, ingenious and elegant works of art. In 1947, he presented the 12128 lamp at the Milan Triennial VIII achieving a great success that subsequently guaranteed him important collaborations.
