Osanna Visconti

“The power and the mutability of bronze are a constant energy to create new forms.”

The love for craftsmanship finds an immediate echo in Osanna Visconti’s Roman childhood and in the moments she spent playing with pieces of art created by Lucio Fontana, Mario Ceroli and Arnaldo Pomodoro. Her eccentric and textural creations are all made of bronze, using the lost-wax casting technique. The wax, modeled by hand, thus becomes the main tool to give identity to an aesthetic of exclusivity and a research on shapes.
