Paolo Buffa

(1903 - 1970)

Renowned for a design that blends neoclassical style with Art Déco motifs and modernist principles, Paolo Buffa created unique furnishings capable of responding to his clients’ need. After training in Gio Ponti and Emilio Lancia's atelier and establishing a close collaboration with architect Cassi Ramelli, he opened his own studio thanks to the support of skilled cabinetmakers and expert craftsmen. All his handmade furniture was realized in the finest materials, while being united by a perfection in its execution.
