Thomas Ballouhey

“Daily objects and their means of production revisited from an Outsider point of view.”

Thomas Ballouhey's practice is about materializing objects that spring from daydreamed worlds. Not a universe of colorful explosion and unseen shapes, but rather scenarios strangely similar to our environment, as if our habits and customs had gone through a deforming mirror. Everyday items and their method of production are reworked to function outside of the usual expectations, exploring materials and techniques.
